Intransperent leadership, very high micromanagement. Products are mostly liked by customer for strong technical specs. Agressive sales strategy where quantity is over quality. Very old-fashioned company management, e.g. no sabatical

Right out of school you can get out in the field experience setting your meetings, demo’ing product, and closing deals. This is a well renowned company name that will carry you far in the manufacturing space as well.
