My time at Keyence has been initially challenging and overall very rewarding. Since my time here we have had two organization compensation increases because the company evaluates market compensation proactively. I have also seen Keyence’ expand opportunities for leadership and new hire development that weren’t always there. Product market fit across most divisions is very strong and double digit growth is the achievable standard when looking at an annual sales goals.

The pay is pretty good for someone fresh out of college. It’s really dependent on manager, the culture is used car salesman and what have you done for me lately. Hard metrics to hit and a lot of people just book bullshit meetings to get paid more on activity metrics. Stressful and would work more than 10 hours frequently
