The pay is pretty good for someone fresh out of college. It’s really dependent on manager, the culture is used car salesman and what have you done for me lately. Hard metrics to hit and a lot of people just book bullshit meetings to get paid more on activity metrics. Stressful and would work more than 10 hours frequently

The base compensation is OK, but there are hardly any incentives to increase the variable part. In contrast, the evaluations are usually demotivating. The products are very good and offer convincing technical advantages over the competition. This, of course, makes selling them fun.

Great company, immediate income opportunity and room for growth. Very high floor but very low ceiling when it comes to income. Lots of turnover around the 2-3 year mark because of this
