The products are very good and offer convincing technical advantages over the competition. This, of course, makes selling them fun.

Promotions are based on these numbers which causes people to lie, management knows it but wont acknowledge it. Otherwise great product, great training for sales noobies, OTE is very accurate as well as quota.
