Current Employee Pay overall is somewhat strong but ranking structure for directors is tone deaf and lacking. The only thing it fixes is having a lazy bottom 10% of directors that reap the rewards. They have had no interest in hearing/seeking feedback on the current director comp structure and it has major flaws that are without a doubt holding the company back. All levels of directors are ranked as if they were entry level salespeople on a bell curve. Accurate feedback in a review could be met with a score at the end that will generally surprise you to the positive or negative... And surprises are never good in a review. Browse Other Reviews
