I would not recommend working for Klue. Nobody hits quota and their pay is significantly below market value. Most of the top SDR's and AE's have left the company, there's only a couple remaining (and frankly I have no idea why they haven't left yet either).

Quota is achievable. About half the AE team hit their target last year. The addition of Win-Loss has grown deal sizes and unlocked more opportunities.
