Things feel like they're in a more stable place now, and the company feels poised for growth. Good attainment numbers these days, with a rotating group of of Reps hitting 150%+ attainment every month.

My experience has been interesting. I've seen a lot of turnover, especially on leadership, which has made it difficult to navigate with all the changes happening every 6 months.
