My experience has been interesting. I've seen a lot of turnover, especially on leadership, which has made it difficult to navigate with all the changes happening every 6 months. Leadership clearly has a problem paying good reps as there have been countless stories of them not wanting to pay out in certain situations. This frequent leadership turnover and reluctance to properly compensate reps seems indicative of deeper issues in the company's culture and priorities. While the work itself is engaging, the instability up top filters down and negatively impacts morale and trust at the employee level. I hope that leadership recognizes this cycle of driving away talent that then further exacerbates operational challenges. With better long-term planning and an emphasis on investing in top performers, the company could curb this turnover problem. But it will require making compensation and representative support higher priorities than they currently are.
