I can assure you that the leadership that is in place globally is quite strong, very experienced and is supportive of a healthy work environment. Leadership turnover throughout the sales and marketing organizations led to a major cultural shift and increased toxicity. C-Suite execs appear replaceable and unable to execute the proper roadmap given the growth.

There is not much support from leaders for the commercial team despite crushing quota QoQ. Lots of turnover across the GTM org due to poor leadership and lots of micromanagement.
