If you're selling any of their training IP, know that these haven't been refreshed or updated (other than maybe updating the copyright from 2011 to 2025) in forever. The technology is also far behind both established competitors and start-ups. Executive leadership is a bad mix of arrogant and ignorant (they don't listen to the field, they come up with initiatives that nobody thinks will work, then they don't work, then they blame the sales team).

Their comp and payout structure is the worst that I've ever seen. They don't pay until the month after the quarter ends in which the customer pays. This means about 4-7 months to see commission, if you aren't let go before this timeframe.
