The irony of Kudos is that it sells other companies a vision of a great company culture and lowering employee turnover - the very thing it fails at internally. The leadership is more concerned about the optics of appearing to be a good company than it is actually concerned about being a great place to work. False promises of promotions are dangled at employees....Read More
