Team members that hit quota are part of an inner circle that have worked together at multiple previous companies. They typically have 3-4x the number of accounts as the other reps and receive marketing lift that others don't. Really bad experience all around.

Great product set and team of colleagues around the world. It of a messy acquisition back in 2001 but was a good move. Customers values the product set and renewal rates were high. The head of my department was an awful micromanager who yelled at the employees. No one ever hit quota, which is partly due to the product. The online training courses are text-heavy and no one wants to read an hour course. I can't speak for other departments outside of sales.
