The product doesn’t have market fit and leadership seem not to know what they are doing. Constant lay offs

They were figuring out a lot when I was there. There were some very smart people at the company but the culture was not healthy and there was a lot of turnover. The product was not developed enough to meet market demands. I learned a lot and hopefully things have improved from a culture standpoint. As with any startup, things change quickly.
