Former Employee Massive emphasis on Customer Success and support. The product lacks innovation and development, but customers are very happy. Never perfected product-market-fit. Sellers can deliver net-new and expansion deals, but you need a combination of factors (ERP, process maturity, etc) to really have a big quarter or year.
