The company was solid a couple years back, but new leadership raised many questions about the future of the company. A lot of recent restructuring and no raises for the past couple of years. An organization in distress who had too much faith in the previous leadership/ELT and now find themselves in a bind between a tough economy and lack of foresight in product roadmaps. There’s a chance for the org to turn it around but it will be risky and will take some time.
