Nice tech business with a small company feel. CEO is fiscally conservative but sharp and seems to care for the employees. Leadership is mostly good, save for a couple rough edges. Lots of very smart employees that are loyal to the company. Great, sticky product. In general it's a really nice place to work. Benefits and comp could certainly be better, especially for new parents. And a bolder vision for the product + GTM to match.

I'd like to highlight that, although LeanData exhibits a strong product-market fit, there are areas that warrant improvement in their internal performance.
