Struggling sales organization, from the top down. Nobody hits quota except sales reps that have been at the organization for a long time and can retain accounts to sell expansions into--something that new hires arent allowed to do. Uneven playing field. CEO stepped down this summer, so did head of product. Buyer beware.

LeanData’s product is amazing, and customers love it, but a tough one to sell due to the complexity of the buying group. The team and people are great. Leadership the last couple of years has been a little all over the place as sales leaders have come and gone but they’re slowly working on improving it and making things better for reps.
