My overall experience is if you’re eager to learn about the ICP (Residential Remodelers). Success is available and supported. I was promoted from SDR to AE within a year, and have consistently hit quota. This is a great company for people trying to break into tech, or are looking for an opportunity to move to an AE role. Leadership recognizes hard work and grit over results.

Upper Management is terrible and micromanaging. Top reps leave because they aren't incentivized to stay. Quota is a stretch goal in which you are penalized if you don't attain it.
