Benefits are ok. Toxic/bully culture don’t do yearly reviews at all so barely anyone in sales gets wage increases for exceeding targets. Management has poor sales strategy and expect staff to compensate. Inefficient process. Micromanagers. No career path for growth and poor training

It was fine; they laid off a ton of people and didn’t offer much of a severance. I wasn’t one of those people but it still left me feeling bitter.
