Great culture, quota attainment is super low though. Highest rep last quarter was at like 118% I think. Overall, a good company to work for.

Overall my experience wasn't great. Good base salary but horrible quartlery payment on commissions, no one hitting their numbers. I was the top producer in 2023 in the US and was only at 50% of my number.
