Commission only industry going through tough market conditions. CRE is a feast or famine industry filled with good times and bad. 100% commission works for some, but not for others.

It’s a grind no doubt but can be a lot of fun. When I first started it was “here’s your market- figure it out.” No inbound leads. Typical day is in the office at 7 am, door knock 20 doors, 50 cold calls on the phone, work on deal flow. Out by 7 at night. Commission only. The split with the company is is 50/50 at first.
