Current Employee It’s a grind no doubt but can be a lot of fun. When I first started it was “here’s your market- figure it out.” No inbound leads. Typical day is in the office at 7 am, door knock 20 doors, 50 cold calls on the phone, work on deal flow. Out by 7 at night. Commission only. The split with the company is is 50/50 at first.
