Lennar cut sales pay by almost 50% and put in bonus incentives that geared towards one person. The new VP/Sales said that sales made to much money and that we're only "order takers". The new VP is proof that one how one bad hire can destroy an entire market. I can't believe I'm still here. Ugh.

Would be a great company if it wasn’t run by complete morons. Everyone in upper management is confused. The company would rather have women in positions of power as opposed to people that actually know what they are doing. Sinking ship.
