This can be a great job but it depends on location. Some offices you are set up for success and others are left out on an island with no ways to make money.

It’s a great company, there are internal challenges and a changing market like everyone else that is changing now. Many are on minimums with thousands that owe their base pay back to the company for the employees that haven’t been able to repay their draw for their time to the company to allow them to work.
