It’s not a bad place to get experience. Long term outlook for growth is slim, a couple senior AE’s already dominate large market shares. Minimal training and development, low morale. This would be a great place to obtain experience, grow comfortably to an operable capacity and take the experience elsewhere.

Great team work culture and management. Outdated ways of generating leads. No SDRs. Expected to find new business by cold call door knocking every day, business to business. No internal leads from marketing efforts. No marketing or SDR/BDR team, no online website leads. Long sales cycle, usually 2 months at least. Great people at Les Olson, but not much incentive for growing territory. Commissions are extremely low and no base increase.
