Current Employee Great team work culture and management. Outdated ways of generating leads. No SDRs. Expected to find new business by cold call door knocking every day, business to business. No internal leads from marketing efforts. No marketing or SDR/BDR team, no online website leads. Long sales cycle, usually 2 months at least. Commission percentage super variable from one product to the next, so challenging to keep track of what commission you'll make on deals. Mandatory 8am meetings in office every day. Only 5 vacation days provided a year and cannot be exceeded- no non-paid time off options. You get the 5 and that's it. Strict, outdated dress code based on Mormon-founded standards.
