Tumultuous leadership masks some big positives and great people working at Level Access. They have started to right the ship, with more work to be done getting the right people in leadership positions.

Sadly, since the merger, the culture has completely changed. The change management has been handled poorly and the training is lacking for new procedures and expectations aren’t clearly defined. The compensation is higher than market and fantastic. The unlimited PTO is genuine. The rapid growth has meant a more top down pressure that is affecting morale.
