As of November 2025, the CRO has doubled the KPI daily workload expected of salespeople for no additional compensation or restructure. The external ads for jobs still cite lower KPIs - if these are not adjusted soon, it could reflect negatively. CRO seems to be oblivious to the seasonal budget nature of the persona the company sells to. No one in the sales department visits the office.

The SDR role will likely be eliminated at Lexipol within the next 12 months. Leadership is showing signs of moving to Full-Cycle Sales reps. In August 2024, 10 brand new Account Executives were hired and this wasn't known information to the rest of the sales team until the reps were in their 2nd week of starting. I can honestly share that leadership shows little to no concern for its employees. When several top performers leave because of the toxic work environment, it speaks volumes.
