I've learned a lot from other top performers, but there is not regular trainings to advance skill set or increase chances of promotion. I was able to hit 2.5X the OTE commission as an SDR in my 1st full calendar year of employment. Many tools in place to help you hit quota, lower-level management is supportive; biggest obstacle as of February 2024 is executive leadership turnover and inconsistent direction for the company moving forward.
