My overall experience at Lifetime was good. They stopped allowing commission on new member signups a few years back, so very little incentive beyond taking them on tours of the club. The atmosphere is great, but when it comes to sales, usually the leads come in by themselves to see the gym and then you basically have to sell them on the club from there.

Lief Time is a great company that offers lots for its members. Since going public, Life Time lost focus on its goals and removed its sales team, and created a concierge team.
