Lief Time is a great company that offers lots for its members. Since going public, Life Time lost focus on its goals and removed its sales team, and created a concierge team. However, many of their destinations then moved to waitlist models; with this, it was a full sales mindset with sales pressure but no additional compensation besides a VERY low hourly rate. There are not many areas for growth within Life Time leading to high burnout and turnover.

I regret the loyalty I felt to the company. They didn’t value hard work or loyalty. It’s a numbers game. If you could fake it then you could make it. Pay cuts yearly. No climbing the corporate ladder unless they favored you.
