The company is relatively small (around 100 employees). The biggest challenge is the limited opportunities for advancement, especially for entry-level salespeople and other junior employees. That said, the senior living space is an interesting industry, and our product is one of the best on the market. The people here are great, which is a huge plus.

Was decent. Bar is set incredibly low for performance. If you want the money work here -- advancement opportunity's are sparse if you are not good or well liked. Just play the game.
