This company values its sales people and gives you everything you need to succeed. Managers actually are there to help you, not just tell you numbers. Helping with deals, building reports, it’s great.

1-2 out of 16 people hit quota per quarter. Products are great but there are too many sales people. Leadership doesn't care because there are other arms of the sales side that are allowing us to hit targets.
