Current Employee It's sad because the market is huge, the products are solid and the company continues to innovate but the GTM org is a total mess. Terrible CRM data, confusing and clunky process, poor communication in a constantly changing business, inconsistent leadership at the top. People keep leaving because quota is totally unattainable except for the few OG reps with big books of existing customers they can upsell to. Feels like no one really has a plan to help reps get closer to quota consistently, we just keep getting beat up about "more activity" but with thousands of accounts and crappy data it's kinda hard to know where to put my energy.
