nobody hits quota here. Full stop. Books of biz are not fairly dished out - hitting quota is total luck. Deals don't close b/c the products don't integrate with pretty much any hotel systems outside of a couple of chains.

1-2 out of 16 people hit quota per quarter. Products are great but there are too many sales people. Leadership doesn't care because there are other arms of the sales side that are allowing us to hit targets. This company is not inclusive nor values diversity, as shown by a number of situations played out this year. Senior leadership is dysfunctional, incompetent, and under qualified.
