My overall experience was very negative. RSM’s are overworked and underpaid, and that trickles down to the BDMs. It is not a mentally healthy environment to be in if you value having a work/life balance or want to be treated equitably.

1-2 out of 16 people hit quota per quarter. Products are great but there are too many sales people. Leadership doesn't care because there are other arms of the sales side that are allowing us to hit targets.
