The sales people are great. Unfortunately leadership is lacking, and goals are not realistic. The company has made some bad business decisions in 2025 that is causing overwhelming from leadership, and the business overall has not hit their goals in Q-1 and Q-2. They had a mass exodus of SDR's due to being unfairly compensated, and mistreated. Poor leadership will be the fall of this company.

Great products, great engineers and customer service team. Primary issues facing organization or poor leadership from a sales organization and unrealistic expectations, commission-wise. Product market fit has been excellent, however, the TAM is quickly shrinking and there is clearly an unbalanced way management structures each persons book. VP and leadership are not good sales leaders and have torn down a culture that was once very positive.
