The sales people are great. Unfortunately leadership is lacking, and goals are not realistic. The company has made some bad business decisions in 2025 that is causing overwhelming from leadership, and the business overall has not hit their goals in Q-1 and Q-2. They had a mass exodus of SDR's due to being unfairly compensated, and mistreated. Poor leadership will be the fall of this company.

Nobody hits quota at the company, leadership doesn't seem concerned about it though

nobody hits quota here. Full stop. Books of biz are not fairly dished out - hitting quota is total luck. Deals don't close b/c the products don't integrate with pretty much any hotel systems outside of a couple of chains.
