Please read on, this is from a one time multiple president club winner who was with the company about 2-3 years when I won. I was with the company 6-7 years total. When it was owned by Cablevision, you were treated with respect. When Altice came in they never cared about Lightpath, and as such, never invested in the company to move forward with product and solutions. Reps failed because they didn't have the up and coming solutions others provided. Finally when sold to Morgan Stanley Asset Management, they brought in Crown Castle management and the company became a cold hearted place to work. Only those that were in their good graces were promoted and given opportunity. They made it common practice to move clients from one rep to a rep that was a favorite and those that lost never received a fair amount back.
