It's been downhill over the last 2 years. Just did a big cut start of Q1. Internal growth has been frozen with no opportunities foreseen until the end of the year.

Product is great, loved working with my reps, leadership has to get better. Things have to change there to become the leader overall in the space. After the RIF, employees that were left are starting to leave often, especially on the Sales side.

Great place to work. Very positive work environment where wins are celebrated. I really love their core values such as being merit-based and have seen people move up internally to prove that. Excited to see where the company ends up down the road and I’m enjoying being along for the ride.
