Former Employee3.1Nov 7, 2023They are at the bottom tier for base pay. They are going through massive growing pains in the sales department. I was hitting quota with over 60% of other reps. They made a change to prospecting that resulted in no one hitting quota. They have a strong product. If they fix the sales org, it would be a great place to work.
