Former Employee I worked with some cool people at Limble, and the product isn’t awful. But my overall experience was a 0/10 and quite disrespectful in my opinion. As an SDR we were supposed to be given a certain number of accounts to work. They were having issues generating accounts for us to work and we stopped receiving any accounts shortly after I started. Over the course of the next 10 months or so, leadership was always apologizing and telling us that the accounts would be coming in anytime now. We were not taught in our training how to self generate leads and accounts to work, so we had to go out on our own and learn how to do this. They would apologize constantly, but yet still hold us to the normal quota. After several months of this pressure was coming down from up above and several of us were put on PIP plans. I was told by the director to just work hard and not worry about it, because my job wasn’t actually at stake. Well at the end of the month I finished 1 meeting short of quota, and was fired.
