Good product, bad leadership - company was constantly changing things that made it impossible to settle into a sales rhythm or hit quota. My last 3-4 months here only 3 or 4 reps hit quota ( out of an SDR org of 40 give or take.)

Company started out well, the compensation plan structure is great! but... no one actually hits it. More than 70% of the SDR org failed to hit even 50% of quota due to recent changes in SOPs and the way we are allowed to prospect/accounts assigned. Upper management feels disconnected with front line employees needs.

This company has been declining for quite some time. Outbound SDRs are given unrealistic expectations and struggle to meet their quotas.
