My overall experience was great. When I was hired, the energy was so positive and high and everyone felt like on the same page. But then as time went by, funding happened, (which is awesome) but then leadership kept changing, process, expectations, things that didn't make sense as a business took place. And I get it, change is needed for a company to grow but they way it was handled could have been better. Great product. Limble has a lot of potential. Focus on what makes Limble stand out and scale on what buyers are wanting/needing. Not on MX. Sales grew to a team of 40+ then downsized to 15 or so.

Don’t worry lay offs one month next month - “hyper growth”! “Building something special” if that doesn’t scream TOXIC and CANCER as a core component to the culture of this company I don’t know what does. Stay away as far away as you can.
