Current Employee Leadership in Sales Solutions is embarrassingly bad. Manager of the AE Mid-Maket team in New York has been in role for 3 years. In that time, due to her lack of skill, she has made over 5 reps leave and has gotten zero reps promoted. Sales Solutuons at LinkedIn is not a performance-based culture. The good reps often find themselves defending their performance. It’s treated as a “selfish” thing. And yes, we’re talking about an IC sales role.
