Lots of changes at LinkedIn. Not really fun anymore. Much more aggressive targets. Comp plan seems to get harder every year. The amount of revenue I bring in and manage every year goes up, but the amount of money I earn does not. Lots of great leadership has recently left. Time to get outta here.

My overall experience here has been good. LinkedIn is still a great place to work if you work hard and get lucky from time to time. Quota up, pressure up, challenging but great people
