This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing. The culture is false and pretentious. Targets are only achievable for a few. Managers with little experience show clear favouritism with account allocation and targets. DEI is forced rather than being organic.

In general LI is a great company. However some products like Learning does not have a good market fit and they seem to change direction every few months on what they want to be. They change comp, teams, orgs, policies on a whim and don’t seem to worry about the negative impact.
