Former Employee While the role offered strong professional growth and financial stability, the overall culture shaped by leadership wasn’t one I saw myself being a part of long-term. Workplace environment and team dynamics play a crucial role in long-term success, and I found that the cultural aspects didn’t fully align with what I value in a workplace.
That said, LinkedIn remains a strong company with great resources and support for its employees. I’m grateful for the experience and the skills I gained during my time there.
