In LSS or Sales Solutions business, we have seen growth slow based on market and product conditions. Sales Navigator is a great product and LinkedIn is a great professional network. Our HR (talent) products are top notch. LSS sales is a tougher place today, with many missing quota. Leadership is starting to scramble. Lots of pluses at LinkedIn but also some caution.

LinkedIn is a special place where there are great people at every level. The culture has shifted positively in most ways but does have a very politically left leaning culture that is, at times, heavy handed and insidious. The good outweighs the bad significantly but there is always room for improvement.
