Targets have been increasing since I have been here, with it becoming increasingly difficult to sell. These days it is rare where people hit each quarter and a lot of "coaching" sessions happening.

I’m unsure where leadership is taking us. 25% of large enterprise reps are hitting their quota. Our quotas are ~6MM. Just rolled out new comp plan that greatly impacts our ability to make over OTE, while raising quotas. Hiring market share is high in most industries, but they still haven’t figured out learning.
