Current Employee A once incredible company that has become a bit of a hot mess.
Used to be a lot more incentives, better pay structure, and a healthier environment. Leadership has become very distant and non-communicative.
I think they are somewhat trying to fix some of the issues, but there’s still a LOT of work to do in the platform and in the culture of the company.
